Cotes Du Ventoux Clos Fayard

This wine is a blend of : 30 % grenache for the body and the specific taste of wines of the Rhône, 50 % syrah for the powerful aromas of red berries and 20 % mourvèdre and Carignan for their soft tannins.Showing a magnificent dark cherry colour, it offers aromas of blackcurrant and wild strawberries. The mouth is fleshy, round and powerful, with hints of liquorice and pepper. IT finishes on soft and harmonious tannins. Clos Fayard is one of more beautiful wine of its appellation. This wine will match a mixed fried mushrooms, pork candied with endives or a crumble tomato and goat cheese.
