Domaine Rolly Gassmann, Riesling Millesime, Alsace

Rich and mercurial nose of floral honey, apple and lime and also botrytis. Palate is intense and delicious, slightly off-dry but with very high acid and excellent focus. Mouth-watering and very long. Auslese-like in its intensity an d flavor palette, but quite dry. Gorgeous now but also age worthy.
