A wonderful example of the purity of an unwooded chardonnay. Colour light straw. Lifted aromas of orange blossom, pineapple and white peaches with solid core of lemon and lime. Avery bright and precise wine. The palate has a fine acidity driven by zesty lime, balanced with core of white peach and pineapple. The finish is dry with some texture adding length.
Churchview Bartondale Reserve Chardonnay - RM230
A brilliant and vivid wine with a light straw colour.Intensley aromatic. Stonefruit with lemon zest and orange blossom. Slightly charred fine grained French oak adds complexity, cashew, nougat and lanolin. This wine has immense power that is restrained by fine acidity and a layer of elegance. The spices and citrus give the palate length, whilst the fruits give mid palate weight and the oak provides a firm background. Enjoy with soft cheese or a free range roast chicken.

The Casablanca Valley is famous for its cool ocean breezes that allow the grapes to ripen slowly and to develop intense fruit characters. This Chardonnay displays aromas of tropical fruit and peach, which are balanced by subtle vanilla and smoky notes from fermentation and 3 months ageing in French oak barrels. The palate is fresh and elegant with balanced acidity and a long finish. Serve chilled with roast chicken, white meats, prawns or smoked fish.

Pale gold with a youthful green tinge.Pronounced ripe pineapple, passion fruit and melon aromas with a subtle perfumed complexity. Fruity dry entry followed mixed tropical fruit flavours well integrated with a zesty acidity and a perky fresh finish. A light bodied dry white wine with piquant fruit flavours that should be enjoyed in the freshness of youth. Best served well chilled to be enjoyed on its own or as an aperitif or with creamy pasta, herbed chicken dishes or smoked chicken or BBQ flavours.

Bodegas Muga Rioja Blanco - RM190
Grape Variety: 90% Viura, 10% Malvasia
Greenish, straw yellow colour, bright and clear. On the nose the acid fruits, mainly citrus and green apple, “sweetened” by pastry aromas from the fine lees and spices from the Nevers oak. On the palate, the attack is at the same time mineral and silky, underpinned by stimulating malic acid nuances. In retro-olfaction some of the citrus aromas are maintained, along with the appearance of pineapple and finishing with soft nuances of heathyscrub land and vanilla.
Feudi Di San Gregorio Greco di Tufo DOCG - RM220
Grape Variety: 100% Greco di Tufo
The perfume is intense and persistent. One can recall in the nose clear sensations of fruit. For the taste, one immediately preceives the broad acdity and the spicy minerality, typical of a vine culitvated in Tufo. Immediately following, there are soft notes of balsamic. Drink with raw fish, bufalo mozzarella and first courses of white meats.
